1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale items (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after approval.

In cases where items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a replacement.
